The Content Pyramid Pillars

Most brands are trying to keep up with culture and losing.

Not because they’re slow. Because they’re betting everything on one piece of content at a time, and that start / stop game is impossible to win when the feed never stops moving.

There’s a way to change that, and it’s something we use at @Magnafire on almost every production. It’s not specifically a content volume strategy. It’s a production efficiency strategy that happens to produce a lot of content.

Here’s how the technique works. You start by picking three content pillars, For example product education, branded lifestyle, and Ambassador-led content.. Each pillar is designed to speak to a different part of your audience’s interests, so you’re not just posting more, you’re posting with more range. Once those pillars are locked, you shoot one hero asset and capture eight shoulder pieces while the crew and talent are already there.

Same day, same energy, Drastically more output. Those shoulder pieces often outperform the hero by 20x, with a marginal increase in effort.

Then you post, track, and iterate based on what’s actually resonating. That’s where the real momentum builds. You’re not guessing anymore, you’re moving with data, which means you’re moving with the speed of culture instead of slowly reacting to it.

It’s not about working harder, it’s about building a system that compounds over time.
